I sent a certified letter to Chexsystem to dispute account?

They sent it back unsigned.


I am positive I have the correct address.


Do I have to resend it or wait the 30 days before I file with the Tx. Attorney Generals Office, and show them the unresd response?

Reply:It is rather rare for chexsystem to have you in their system unless you have bounced checks. Just because you have paid them does NOT mean they have to remove the negative connotation from you account.





They are not compelled by law to accept your certified letter either.
