I did not authorize a charge on my checking account to yahoo.How can I get this problem resolve?

Yahoo charge me $29.90 on my checking account plus there was a $35.00 overdraft charge as well. I am very upset because I did not authrize this money to come out of my account. I hope you can help me? And can you let me know how this happen and how I can corrected.

Contact your bank and ask for the fraud dept. ... some-one may have used your banking details, or just incorrectly typed in your number by mistake ..
Reply:In addition to disputing the charge with Yahoo in writing, you can also write another letter about your dispute to your bank. It is unusual for reputable outfits to impose unauthorised charges. May be it is a genuine mistake, error. Or may be you forgot about the authorisation.
Reply:Should be a phone # to call whoever did the charge. CALL them.
