Who will be responsible for NSF on bank account employer or employee?

I have submitted fax my time sheet hours of vacation to my manger on Nov 3rd my last day for vacation to the end of the month , checking my bank account their is no FUND no direct deposit made, send out all bills that are due and no funds in my account, not able to contact my manger for it is a holiday.

Who will be responsible for NSF on bank account employer or employee?
If you paid bills from an account in the expectation that money would be there later, but it wasn't there at the time, you will be responsible to the bank for any fees. If the mistake was the employers then it is possible (but unlikely) that they would agree to cover those fees. No law requires it as you screwed up.
Reply:It's on you, sorry.
Reply:the charges are against you.that's why I don't have automatic deposit.
Reply: You are responsible since you wrote the checks before making sure you had enough money to cover them.

You may be able to recover the fees from your employer if they did not transmit the deposit on time or failed to notify you that deposits would be sent after the holiday.

Employers have the option to make electronic deposits earlier as they can also write paychecks in advance of a holiday.
Reply:Well your employer not paying you. You have to bring that up with the labor department. Otherwise the rest is on you. Unless your employer would be kind enough to pay back the fees.
Reply:If you write checks against a bank account without any money in it, it's on you.

If your employer isn't paying you when they should, contact the state labor department.
