Can paypal take funds out of my bank account or card on file?

Someone bought a electronic device from me and paid via paypal,i sent the item via usps and its taking forever to get there.I have since tranferred the funds in my bank account which leaves my paypal account at zero,if the buyer files a complaint will paypal try to take the funds out of my bank account or card on file?

They won't try, they will do it unless of course there's no money in the account to be had. Read your user agreement.
