How do i get files from another user account on Vista?

When i go to my vista account all i see is a black screen so i will have to create a new one so how do get the files from that user on to my new account without having to go into the old account?

What makes you think a new account is going to fix your black screen? You need to figure out why your screen is totally black because getting another account isn't going to fix that if something is wrong with the computer.
Reply:go to c drive -document and settings - all user- your user name- documents- their is your documents, make sure you have admin rights.
