If I start an LLC can child support get ahold of money in the business bank account?

It all depends on how you run the LLC. In theory you are protected. However if you dont run it well... I.E not like a company but just as a way to hide money... if you are the sole member of the LLC then there is also more probability for that to happen.





And lastly.. please dont try to leave your kid without support.. that is not fair.
