I'm going to get membership for Runescape. What are the skill levels and items I should get so I can train member skills faster?
What items should I get for a Runescape P2P account?
What I did before I first got my membership was gathered all the materials I would need to get a decent fletching level. I got about 250 regular logs and 3750 feathers and 250 iron bars. When I got membership, I cut the logs into arrow shafts, added the feathers, then made and added the arrowheads. I had a whole bunch of iron arrows and a fletching level in the 20s or 30s (can't remember)
Reply:Well first do lost city for the two basic dragon's weapons.
Then work on finishing Monkey madness for dragon scimitar.
If your 40 defense, work on getting fighter torso from barbarian assault as it gives a nice strength bonus. after that I recommend getting rune defender from warriors guild, might wanna get 3-4 for spares. Then do freminnik(sp?) trials and then freminnik(sp?) isles for helm of neitiznot.
After this work on doing Recipe for Disaster for the Barrows gloves which downright own (I have them). Maybe after this do all the quests up to regicide for dragon halberd. If you want to you can do heros+legends quest for d baxe and mace which are useful in training and pvp, respectivly. Then for PvP if you do legends you can get a decent and cheap cape to use.

Can I open a new Bank account even if my other Bank account is frozen ?
My Bank account was frozen because of a past debt. How would I open a new account at another Bank . Will the frozen account show up ? I would feel a little better going to a Bank knowing what to expect . Thank you !

Yes you may be on chexsystems, and that would prevent you from opening an account at some banks. Some have special progams for people in those situations, so check around. You may have another problem, though. Whoever froze your account could do the same to your new account(s) so try to get your debt paid off asap so it doesn't cause you and your credit history any more problems!

I have an investing account that trades 2-3 times per week, not a free riding one, just wait for the settlement and sell to take advantage of the market volatile. Now the question is

If you were keeping the investment for more than 1 year, it would be eligible for the capital gains rate of 15% (5% for lower bracket taxpayers). The reduced rate is scheduled to end after 2010 and the rate will go back to 20% max.
Since you are not, the gains are taxed at your regular tax rate. For many, the rates are much higher than the 15%/5% capital gains rates.

How can i remote shutdown a computer with admin account info?
I want to remote shutdown a computer, and i know the admin account name and password, but every time i try it says access denied, how can i authenticate my admin-ness on another computer through Cmd?

Not sure if this will work, but try establishing a windows sharing connection first by typing the UNC name in the RUN box and using the admin login %26amp; password
\\COMPUTERNAME
If that doesnt work, then the user probably has most of the network sharing features turned off. The SHUTDOWN command is really only for use in computers joined to a Windows domain.

It is important that you get an agreement worked out now because if you refuse to pay child support, you can be sued for back pay for each month you miss. The statute of limitations for child support start with each miss payment and cover every payment missed.
